Fatal Motor Vehicle – Pedestrian Accident
Steeles Avenue East

On Thursday, June 3, 2004 at about 11 p.m., a 72-year-old man was struck by a westbound motorist, while attempting to cross Steeles Avenue East, just east of Don Mills Road. The vehicle that struck the victim stopped.

The victim was then struck by a second westbound car. This car is a white, older model, small vehicle.

The name of the victim is being withheld at the request of the family.

Traffic Services are investigating the collision and wish to talk to the driver of the white car and any witnesses who have not yet come forward. Please call Traffic Services at 416-808-1900.
